[Performing] in Minneapolis in April 2019

Wow, 12 days of performing, photoshoots, videoshoots, training, and teaching workshops in Minneapolis! And it was such a blast ❀

Starting things off right with a crazy music video shoot with snakes, tarantulas, pizza, donuts, tacos, fishnets, Suicide Girls, and it was basically the best time ever!

Next hitting the Elektra Cute Presents 2019 Pink & White Ball with my body bag contortion number. Holy moly, this event was so fun! Burlesque performers are so inspiring to me. I am always blown away by their creativity in costuming, themes, choreography, and incredible stage pressence. Very grateful to share the stage with this group of talented people. πŸ™πŸΌ

Then performing aerial shows on Lyra and silk sling at Pourhouse. I love doing aerial shows at Pourhouse downtown Minneapolis πŸ’– it always makes me feel like a rockstar!

A few days of training, photoshoots, and private lessons, followed by more shows!

I was so excited when Minneapolis black and white photographer Steven Deger @stevedeger_bnw reached out to me for a themed contortion photoshoot!

Minneapolis Fashion Week event, Minnstafashion at the W Hotel! It was so fun making my way to the different stages, wearing different costumes, and connecting with partygoers!

On the very next night, I had the amazing opportunity to perform at the famous Minnesota music venue, First Avenue with my friends at Enticing Entertainment. I am one of only a handful of people in the world who performs on this custom disco ball built and owned by Enticing Entertainment, and I am such a lucky girl!πŸ’Ž

The next evening was even more mirror ball with Enticing Entertainment at another event!

I also snagged another sick shoot with my lovely friend, Cory Wilaby, photographer and physique competitor! This shoot comes as an annual recreation of a shoot we did this time last year. A couple of Behind the scenes snags at James Gross’s studio in Minneapolis:

And finally, I also had the opportunity to collaborate on a shibari suspension photo/video shoot with Cyril James @cyril.james.films and Steven Dean @stevendeanrope! I love finding ways to use my contortion, dance, and aerial skills to bring new and interesting shapes and movements to shibari art!

It was such an amazing trip full of so many wonderful experiences. I can’t wait to return for May 2019 shows, shoots, and workshops!
