A quick warmup sequence I like to use for the upper back and neck. This is an advance level, advanced pace contortion sequence for bodies that frequently bend. If you are a beginner or intermediate contortion student, this sequence of exercises is not safe for you. Seek contortion coaching from a professional for individualized training to meet your body at your level.
